Exclusive: How I Finally Got Help For My Hand Pain & Finger Pain at Home

If you suffer from Osteoarthritis, and your hands or fingers are ALWAYS in agony, you’ve got to read this short article before you do anything else.

By Marlene Andrews

Are your hands always going numb, stiff, or throbbing?
Does it make doing simple, everyday tasks feel impossible?
How about your fingers aching and clawed up after a long day?

Or waking up at night with your hands completely locked in a painful fist?

If you’re one of the millions struggling with Arthritis, you know exactly what I’m talking about…

"You need to move your hands more"...

How many times have you heard that from a Doctor?

I wish he could live just one day in my life!

Because the truth is... most people have no idea what life with Arthritis is like. God, if I could move my hands more, I would! But it’s not easy when everything you do makes them hurt!

We have an "invisible illness", where everything looks fine to everyone else, but they don't see the constant struggles we have to deal with.

There are simple things I used to have no problem with: like opening a jar, using a doorknob, writing, even using a phone. Now they are really difficult. Sometimes I wince just preparing myself to do them. Stuff that everyone takes for granted.

I’ve had OA in my thumb and fingers for years now. At first, I used to just power through it, but these days? I’m lucky to make it to lunchtime before I have to stop typing.

Usually my hands and fingers are throbbing in pain when I've done too much. But even when I rest on the sofa, the pain doesn’t always go away.

It’s so tiresome.

I was so sick of my hands hurting that I wanted to cry. There must be something out there that could help?

There Had to be SOMETHING out there!

I tried some common solutions, but they didn't help as much as I hoped, and just left me frustrated:

Compression gloves gave me some temporary relief, but they were uncomfortable to wear all day and didn't help when the pain spikes badly.

Painkillers? They’re just a band-aid solution—and who wants to rely on pills every day? I take enough as it is!

Creams? I tried like a dozen. None really lasted that long, and some made my hands smell horrible (looking at you tiger balm!)

A Paraffin wax bath was very nice, but a huge pain to set up and sit with. Not to mention expensive to keep refilling.

I wanted something I could just use when my hands really hurt. Something instant, something convenient, something I could relax with.

Something I could just pick up when I needed it, then get on with my day.

“You Should Have Come To Me Sooner!”

I vented my frustrations to a friend of mine, and she's a great listener. She told me her husband knew a rheumatologist through a colleague of his, and he might be able to help. I thought, why not?

Turns out, he knew quite a lot. He was a specialist in Osteoarthritis for the hands and fingers, and had been working with the NHS for 15 years as a consultant.

I went into details about my daily problems, and how they’d been steadily getting worse:

"You should have come to me sooner!"

Was the first thing he said. He went on and told me he gets lots of patients with OA in the hands, and at various stages too. My symptoms were pretty typical.

I was blown away by everything he told me, I was clueless about OA and he made it all crystal clear.

Hands and fingers are a very common place for this awful illness to start, with the thumbs and middle knuckles being the biggest offenders, and since we use them so much, they usually never get better.

You see, the pain you feel from Osteoarthritis is caused by inflammation between the joints, which is triggered by a loss of cartilage.

Cartilage being a soft cushion that connects the bones together, so they don't fully "touch".

This is a very complex substance that the body takes a long time to grow and is very difficult to do so.

As we get older, this cartilage can wear down. Especially if not enough blood-flow can reach the areas around it.

Blood carries an essential nutrient known as "Type II Protein Collagen" that is absorbed by the cartilage and needed to repair it.

It forms the scaffold that gives cartilage its strength, elasticity, and shock-absorbing properties.

So what happens? Over the years and years of moving your joints, the cartilage can wear down… then without enough Protein Collagen, it wears out faster than it can get fixed!

It gets thin. The bones can then briefly touch eachother when they move around, as there is no longer a “cushion”, and this triggers inflammation between them. Those are the ugly “bumps” you see and feel.

This is Arthritis. And it's the swelling (inflammation) that causes those horrible aches and pains.

For normal people, their levels of protein collagen are high enough that their cartilage repairs just as fast as it wears down. But for us unlucky ones, it does not.

Without enough Protein Collagen, or good enough circulation to deliver it, then it’s inevitable that our cartilage will wear down over time.

Think about how often you bend your fingers, or use your thumb - They’re probably bent right now as you’re reading this.

Since we use our hands for everything, it's therefore VERY common for the cartilage to thin out in the hands and fingers when we get older.

This is why it’s usually the first place Arthritis strikes.

He told me that OA is strongly linked to genetics and is often unavoidable. If your parents or grandparents had it, then you likely have it too.

But all wasn't lost! He said, as there are newer and better ways of handling it now.

Recently, he had been recommending this new device on the market to many of his patients with OA in the hands, thumbs and fingers. It was something he personally vouched for... as they'd all seen dramatic results!

He said it was a new way of boosting blood-flow around the joints. Both helping with immediate pain relief, and also stimulating Protein Collagen delivery, to help stave off the degradation and give the joints a chance to heal.

So he insisted I give it a try. He linked me to the supplier he used:

Normally i'm skeptical about this sort of stuff, but he assured me this was purpose-made to tackle Arthritis in the hands and finger joints. So I thought, why not?

It was this strange device called a Nuvelle™, and since it was on sale I ordered one for myself.

How Does it Work?

Nuvelle™ is a new type of medical device that you stick your hand inside, and it compresses all around. It uses a special and unique style of airbag compression around the hand and finger joints.

It's designed to squeeze your hand and fingers super tight, specifically around the joints where Arthritis commonly strikes.

It uses a series of acupressure beads that slowly push deep into the skin and muscles as it inflates. Then it deflates to let the blood move along, while it compresses a different part of the hand. Changing back and forth.

Doing this pumps all of the tiny micro veins (capillaries) and releases them, pushing waste products like cytokines through them, and letting fresh blood flow back through them at a much faster rate than usual.

If you think about a blood pressure cuff that the doctor uses on you, and the way you can feel your veins all down the arm beating extra fast, it’s a similar experience to that. But inside the hand.

Instead of squeezing a small spot intensely, it spreads it along the whole joint at once, like nothing I’d ever felt.

This causes "lymphatic drainage" as the rush of blood pushes away excess fluid, helping reduce the inflammation swelling.

Not only that, but this means more fresh blood can flow into it's place. Bringing that valuable Protein Collagen the cartilage needs to heal.

What's more is that it combines this with optional targeted heating, that's not only great for pain relief (ESPECIALLY in winter!), but helps the blood-flow circulation even more!

I’m sure you’ve heard time and time again that “heat therapy” is a good solution to Arthritis, and it definitely is, but it’s such a pain to keep reheating hot water bottles, or making a hand bath.

With this lovely device it’s got both compression AND heat at the touch of a button!

When I tried it with both modes on, it felt like a tight heated blanket wrapped around my hand.

This was nothing like any other product or solution i'd heard of. It didn't just offer pain relief, but it went right to the source of the problem.

The Results Were Instant…

I got comfortable in my favourite armchair and set it on my armrest. I then put my hand inside, turned it on... and it felt amazing! Like it was pushing in all the right places.

It felt like someone was giving me a firm hand massage right there and then.

With just a 15 minute session, I noticed a significant reduction in the usual throbbing pain and tingling in my fingers…

After I took my hand out, I could bend my fingers again so much easier! Without that horrible wince I'd gotten used to!

An hour after using it, the typical background pain had almost completely gone. I could type, hold a mug of tea, even scroll through my phone for hours—without pain. I actually felt more normal again!

And by the time I went to bed that night, I used it again before sleeping and... I actually slept through the night without waking up from sharp, aching pain.

But it’s not just about instant relief—I’m actually seeing real improvements. I don't hit the end of the day with horrible hand pain like I used to, it's like i'm 20 years younger!

According to clinical & consumer studies, it takes 2–4 weeks of consistent use to see lasting results, but you’ll feel relief after the very first session.

I totally understand if you're skeptical—because honestly, I didn’t think it would work either. But I can tell you this: it's given me back a lifestyle I thought I'd lost forever.

Here’s where other products fail—they only provide static support or basic compression.
They just mask the problem instead of trying to fix whats causing the pain.

This is like running your car with the engine light on, sure it might seem fine... but you know that problem is always there...

Compared to ordinary braces or gloves, Nuvelle™ delivers real relief by tackling the root cause of the problem.

It's a firm massage, it's heated, and I can use it immediately.

All I had to do was put my hand inside, turn it on, and relax...

This is the perfect solution for someone like me, who has to deal with Arthritis as I'm getting older.

It’s powerful… you will feel it, and you will get results.

"Should I get one?"

That depends.

I decided to give it a try because...

I was sick and tired of OA making my life miserable.

I tried all sorts of things but nothing ever worked.

I wanted to go back to doing the things I enjoyed, without worrying about pain afterward.

But most of all, I was terrified of getting a Total Joint Replacement surgery. Which is the final end state of Osteoarthritis.

It's super scary and can even lead to loss of hand function. Needless to say, I wanted to try everything possible to put that off!

So I can safely say that:

Nuvelle™ IS NOT for you if…

You think surgery is the only option on the table
False! Studies show that non-surgical treatments can effectively relieve pain and hold off surgeries entirely.

You’re not willing to invest in yourself
Osetoarthritis slowly wears away cartilage with years of joint degradation.
Anything to combat this process will only help in the long run.

You don’t want to try everything before surgery
Doctors often recommend surgery as a last resort.

Why? Because it’s an invasive and risky procedure.
This means you should try all other options first.

You want instant results
Surgery might be fast, but it’s not always a fix-all.
Non-surgical options take more time.
Most users feel relief within the first session and 91% see noticeable improvements after 2–4 weeks.

Nuvelle™ IS for you if…

You want to avoid risky surgery
Total Joint Replacement involves removing ligaments and bones to reshape your hand. It's a very heavy surgery full of risks, and you might not ever fully recover.

You want to save THOUSANDS of pounds
A hand Total Joint Replacement can cost anywhere from £4,000 to £8,000 if done privately, with NHS wait times for up to years.

You've tried all the usual things
If compression gloves, wrist wraps, physical therapy and painkillers just aren't enough, then a new solution is just for you.

You want to get some independance back
People forget how much Arthritis impacts your mental health—taking away the things you love. But with real pain relief and a way to fight back, you can start getting your life back.

What’s crazy is that just a few months ago, my hand pain felt like a life sentence…

It's the most depressing part of hand osteoarthritis:  we need our hands for everything.

But no matter what I tried, the pain, aches, and weakness just kept coming back.

It didn’t have to be this way…

Because now, with Nuvelle™, I feel like I’ve finally taken control of my life again.

✔️ Typing, texting, and cooking without pain
✔️ Sleeping through the night without waking up to stiff, tight hands
✔️ Living life with at least one victory!

And it’s all thanks to believing there had to be a non-invasive solution out there that actually worked.

I’m so glad I didn’t settle for surgery—especially knowing I could be waiting years on the NHS, or spend thousands going private and still not fix the problem.

Honestly, for the relief I’m feeling now, I can’t believe Nuvelle™ doesn’t cost hundreds of pounds…

And what’s more, Nuvelle™ was only launched a few months ago, and it already has hundreds of 5-STAR REVIEWS.

People love Nuvelle™ not only because it works, but because it’s incredibly easy to use.

Currently they are running an incredible 50% OFF SALE for all purchases done through their official web store.

And the last time I checked, they had already completely sold out once before, so I’d recommend clicking the link below to see if it’s still available.

This massager has helped me a ton, because I work on a computer for my job. I'd always sit on the sofa in agony at the end of the day. But now this helps me relax like nothing else.

Ordered one the other week. One of the best decisions of my life. My wife gets seriously bad OA in her hands and fingers, and we hadn't found anything that hits the spot. Stretches, exercise, nothing! But with this she finally feels relieved for the first time in years!
